Mentoring for Business Owners

Here you have an exclusive opportunity to ask me anything and everything you wish about how to start, build, run and grow your business. Anything is fair game.

My promise to you is to honestly and openly give you as much advice, suggestions, ideas and strategies as I can in the time allotted. If I don’t know something I will honestly tell you that I don’t know but will get back to you with an answer. You won’t receive some B.S. answer from me. But I will wholeheartedly share the tremendous amount of information and resources that I do have. I will also share with you mistakes that I and other business owners have made in order to minimize your learning curve.

I am very selective about the people I work with for one-on-one mentoring

You must be a driven, action-oriented entrepreneur and you must be willing to actually IMPLEMENT the ideas and strategies I share with you. Do NOT sign up for mentoring if you only want to hear the sound of my voice (or your own).

How to Get Started:

• Look at the menu abovet and decide which type of mentoring suits your needs. You'll find complete details under each type of mentoring.
• Once you've decided which type of mentoring is right for you just scroll to the bottom of the page and sign up.
• Withing a few hours you'll be emailed all instructions and details on what happens next and when.

You have two options for one-on-one mentoring:

Introductory 3-Session Introductory Power Mentoring Package:

You get three 60-minutes sessions in which to ask me and each is 60-minutes. These 3-sessions take place over a 2-week period (one session every 5 days or in shorter intervals if you prefer).

All three sessions can be over the phone or you can choose to have 2 over the phone and one in-person at my office.

In addition, you receive unlimited email support for the duration of One-on-One Mentoring. You can email me once per day with any questions you have and I will answer them.

This introductory package is only available to first-time mentoring clients.

The cost for the 3-Session One-on-One Business Mentoring Package is $997.

Continued Mentoring:

Once you have completed the Introductory Mentoring Package I will provide you details on continued mentoring if you choose to continue.

Consulting:

Consulting is very different from mentoring. Consulting is hands-on and often more intense. For consulting, I come to your office and assess your business from the inside out. I will review what processes and procedures work and which do not, review and improve your marketing strategies, see what needs to be implemented for increased revenues, determine where overhead can be reduced, how you can get your employees to perform at peak levels, etc. I do a full analysis of your company. This can be anywhere from a 1-day to 1-week project depending on the size of your company.
