About Mike Agugliaro Mike Agugliaro, CEO of People Power Programs has been a business owner since 1988. At 15 years of age, he learned that action was a key part of reaching any and all goals. He soon figured out that there was another step, it was focused action. In the early stages of life, he started exploring the secrets of success. Training in martial arts since he was 14 and teaching Karate, weaponry , jujitsu , meditation and weaponry for the last 18 years has helped him refine his skills at teaching people how to develop there mind, body and spirit. Still running a Martial Arts Academy a couple nights a week allows him to stay in touch with the spirit of martial arts and reminds him daily of the disciplined road he has traveled. The last 15 years Mike has been an owner and a key part in developing the largest service company in NJ ( Gold Medal Service). Mike's new knowledge and motivation has helped him take Gold Medal from a company of under 1 million to 16 million in 2008, less than 6 years. As an owner of Gold Medal he has learned and developed the skills of management, operations, sales, marketing, goal setting, communication skills and personal coaching to a whole new level. Growing a company this fast has taught him how to develop the "I WILL, I CAN I, MUST" attitude which has helped Mike develop the key tools and methods on how to rocket a company to growth and success. During the last 6 years Mike has been exposed to some of the great motivational personalities out there, such as Michael Gerber, Robert Kiosoki, Tom Hopkins, Anthony Robbins, Donald Trump, Dan Kennedy, Marshall Silver, Larry Winget, Jeffery Gitomer, Brian Tracey, and many others. One of his most recent mentors being Tolley Burkan, the happiest man on earth. Tolley's knowledge of firewalking and other life lessons have helped Mike reach the enlightenment propelling him to helping people reach lasting change. Mike Agugliaro has built programs that have put together the missing pieces of the puzzle. All the programs taught at People Power Programs are developed to help people reach there greatest potential and give them the skills to live the life they deserve.
